Social media recruiting is so simple to do, what is there to learn that you don’t know, Right?
I thought so too until I went through social media recruiting course by someone who’s been doing it a lot longer than I have and is having some excellent results which is why I wanted to learn more to sharpen my skill-sets.
One thing I quickly learned about social media recruiting that has changed the way I approach social media is, Social media is just that, A social place where people come to socialize, meet people and learn about the world or their field of profession.
Once you grasp this marketing concept it will literally change the way you recruit people into your business or products.
When I say your targeting the wrong market, don’t get offended but I thought I was targeting the right people until I learned more about social media recruiting and crafting target specific ads that they couldn’t ignore because it was so compelling as if I was literally reading their minds.
Yes, this is how amazingly powerful Social Media lead targeting can be when you know these simple but incredibly effective strategies and apply into your content marketing.
Facebook being the leader with social media users, subscribers and even buyers has become the go to place for recruiting leads and making more sales because not only are Ads more affordable than Google Adwords, Microsoft Ads, Yahoo Ads or most other marketing platforms but their algorithm data stored on FB users is very comprehensive and helps you target your market more cost effectively.
Another important factor in social media recruiting you should pay close attention to is the way you craft your social media messages, your blog posts, your ads or any content marketing you may be doing. Without knowing you might be using the wrong message to the wrong market.
Trying the blanket approach with your message? This worked years ago but today people are Ad blind to the old approach of doing things and more informed thanks to the internet. You have to be more creative and attentive to their needs.
Social proof is one area that usually gets overlooked. Is not cool when you tell someone that this Widget your selling can transform their life but when someone else gives a testimonial or says how great this Widget is they belief because its coming from a third party whom has already purchased and getting results, makes sense?
Let me tell you why I honestly believe social recruiting is DIFFICULT for many people.
And why so many people STRUGGLE to make their traffic marketing campaigns profitable.
While other marketers are simply able to literally flood their website/blog with an amazingly insane volume of laser-targeted visitors whenever they want.
The core of knowing WHO you are targeting.
WHAT you should write in your ad to get them to click.
And Super Important…
What transpires on the next page that will get a cold prospect to click, and into a motivated reader who can’t wait to enter their email address and see what you’ve have.
When you get all these important ingredients in a recipe mixed right, you are empowered with the legendary keys to the reign.
The combination to the secret vault filled with many riches.
And have the ability to write your own paycheck.
Or whatever soothes your soul and get those juices flowing!
Generating profitable traffic is NOT about a magic button or some secret source of traffic that no one knows about.
Its about having a solid strategy, which is usually invisible to the naked eye, that seamlessly guides your readers through a path pre-determined by a curiosity provoked ad… and potentially all the way to making a sale.
And those who don’t have a strategy, will continuously struggle to get it going with no end in sight.
But those who do… are able to build huge lists, make tons of sales and line their pockets with some impressive incomes.
Social media recruiting takes a little more patience and social interaction but the rewards are incredible if you know where to go, what to do and how to do it.

There are many ways to do social media recruiting but if you want to work smart learn from others who have experienced results and not just a fallacy.
Obviously in order to enjoy more experience you need to actually get down and dirty in the trenches to experience amazing results and incomes for those who take action.
Continue to grow your business your leads lists, subscribers and buyers by being active with your community sharing value or asking intuitive questions that generate interaction, curiosity and sales.
Social media recruiting still has room for growth as more people have access to social media and continue to make it their daily go to place for anything they need to solve a problem, learn about and find a product.
If you become the solution to their problem you can build a great relationship with and potentially converting them into a buyer of your product or just to simply get them to read your blog content. Either way your objective is to lead them down the path where a sale is made if this is your objective.
If you are looking to just get traffic to your website or blog then these strategies will work just as effectively. Learn from others who are doing well on social media but only implement proven strategies that work in getting you the results your after.
Remember you are dealing with live people and interacting in virtually real life and can use softwares like FaceTime to broadcast a tip, answer questions on a specific topic or just to share a moment in your life or business.
Don’t forget to use and apply the same social media recruiting strategies on other social media platforms as well.
