Paying for advertisingThere are so many success stories you will hear about businesses making it good in the internet. The troubling thing is, there are maybe a tenfold or even a hundredfold of stories contradictory to theirs. Many have unsuccessfully launched a business enterprise that is internet based but only a handful shall succeed.

Is this through luck? That is even more remote. It takes good business sense and a lot of help and team effort. Most importantly, it is the eagerness to succeed and the determination to learn and the willingness to invest in a lot of hard work and some money.

The Very Basic

Like Neo, traffic is “The One”. Without traffic, all your effort would just go to waste. Every business needs customers, without them you wouldn’t have anyone to sell your products to. In the internet world traffic is the walk in customer. The more traffic you have the more people would be able to sell your products to.

But like any business that’s in every corner building or in the mall, not everyone that goes in will buy, but the greater of number that do come in to browse your merchandise, the greater number of people that will buy your products. It is a simple and known fact.

But, how do you get traffic, traffic large enough that could make a small percentage of eventual buyers enough to make a good profit. Many big companies generate traffic of tens of thousands a day and a measly ten to fifteen percent actually buys, but that small percentage is enough to provide them with good business.

Many of these success stories get their traffic from paying others. Yes that’s right; you have to spend money to make money. Advertising is the key. The more people that knows that your site exists; the more people would of course go to your site, that’s common sense.

While there are many ways that can get you advertising for free, this do not generate the same high volume as those methods that are getting paid. These paid advertisements include advertising schemes by Google and Yahoo.

The Value of Searches

The search and will be the easiest and fastest medium in finding what a person needs in the internet. Search engines have been very popular because they provide a vital service to many people. They are free and easy to use. With this popularity, they get many visitors and clicks that they are the most common sites that people go to. It is easy to understand why so many companies would pay to advertise with these search engines.

Search engines provide information to the millions of users that they have each day. They provide links to many sites that a user may be looking for. If your sites link pop up in the high ranks of the search results page, you get a great chance that they will go to your site. While search engine optimization is a cheaper and low cost way to get your site a high rank, paying for advertisements will ensure that you will be on the top ranks.

When you pay for your advertisements, it is like paying for your traffic. This may sound like not such a good idea, but the payoffs would tell a different story. When you pay for your traffic, you are guaranteed of a consistent traffic flow to your site. You will never go with an empty sales day.

Paying for your Traffic

Usually, you will be charged with the number of hits a link gets when your ads is clicked, this is called pay per click. For some search engines, you will be charged with the number of times your ad shows up when a certain keyword or keyword phrase is searched. It is imperative that you have good keyword content in your ad. There are many tools that aid you in using the right keyword for the right moment.

All the money you spend in paying for your traffic will not be for naught. You will get an impressive boost in traffic which will also result to a great boost in your sales figures. Paying for your traffic would be a really good idea and you will get all the benefits it has to offer.

This is how real and fast fortunes are made online but keep in mind that you need to have a complete system that has a great converting funnel and it is another reason paying for traffic can help you test your site before you pour a lot of money into it.

Starting A Home Income Profit System

working from homeWorking from home and earning a real income to replace a 9 to 5 job has been a dream for many people over the years, but unfortunately it remained a dream for many because there really were very few ways to make a real living from home. This was especially true for those who had no special talent or start-up money to invest. In short, no-one came around asking to hire people to work at home.

Small businesses called “cottage industries” did pop up here and there, such as dressmaking, tailoring, painting, baking cookies, and so on, and provided some home income profits, but a good sum of investment money was still needed, as well as permits and licenses, to get started, all that has changed with the growth of the internet. At the present time it is entirely possible to set up a home income profit system and earn a good living working from home.

For anyone interested in working from home and earning money online, the first step is to assess your talents and your interests. To avoid falling for the get rich quick scams on the internet, and set up a real internet business, you need a definite well-thought-out plan, but that can come later. To get started earning some quick money and find out if working on the internet is for you, you can do something simple such as selling products on one of the auction sites.

Many of these have classified ads now, too, and you do not even have to set up auctions or wait for them to end. You can sell physical products or information products that you or someone has researched and written. If you like to write, several websites will pay you to write well-researched and well-written articles of general or specific interest. To get physical products, go to flea markets or yard sales or look for “close-out lots” of items on the internet that you can buy in bulk and sell as singles for profit.

Any of these tips will help you to determine if selling or working from home is for you. You will learn how to interact with customers, and whether you actually like working alone, and have the discipline to work every day just as though you were in an office or other workplace.

A bit of research online will help you to find legitimate ways to earn a home income that will satisfy your needs.

This is where I started 7 years ago with this home income profit system. If you don’t know where to start or even a mid-level marketer still trying to find your way then I recommend you check it out.

P.S. I am a student as well…there should be no surprise here since in order to continue to move forward and becoming successful is by being a student all of your days in existence. I will cut out through all your search time and failures. Go here to check it out now!

How To Build A Blog From Scratch

In this article I am going to share how to build a blog from scratch and the important components that make up setting up a blog.

Build A Blog Or Website from scratch

So, What does it take to build a blog from scratch ?

  • The first thing is market research. You can use a tool like Google Keyword Planner Tool to do your research which is absolutely free.

This tool gives you information like: What your market is searching for via keyword and keyword phrases, how much competition you will have and what keywords to use in your Domain Name and blog content when making blog posts.

  • The second thing you should get but not necessary if your starting out on a tight budget. This is getting a Domain Name.

Getting your own Domain Name is the best way of branding yourself and getting found on the top search engines and should include your main keyword.

This keyword should be the one with the most searches and least competition you found while doing your keyword research.

  • The third thing you need is a hosting account. There are many hosting registrars out there like; Hostgator.com, 1and1.com, Bluehost.com and many others.

I have personally used Hostgator to build over 25 sites and have had a very pleasant experience with them and their support is awesome too.

If you go the free way of building a site then I recommend WordPress.com or Blogger.com. These two platforms and are the more popular ones but I favor WordPress because of it’s simplicity and how powerful this platform is in it’s versatility with the thousands of Themes and Plugins ( Only With Paid Service ) at your disposal.

  • The Fourth thing that I highly recommend is getting an Autoresponder like; Aweber, Verticle Response, iContact and MailChimp which is free but a little more cumbersum to use and limited to so many subsribers.

I have personally been using Aweber for years. If you want to go with a free service then MailChimp is great.

Why do you need an Autoresponder you might ask ? Because, ” The Money Is In The List “.

If you are going to have any success online then you need to build your emailing list so you can nurture and stay in touch with your subscribers and more importantly make continuous sales from your list over and over again as long as you provide solid, high quality products that they will benefit and keep coming back for more.

  • The last thing and very important is, Your Blog Content. Your content should be unique and of high quality if you want your readers to come back to your blog. If you are not a writer then or don’t know how to start your content, don’t worry. You will develop your skills as you go along and the truth is that people like content that is natural and not made up or stolen from elsewhere. Later you can outsource this if you wish.

*** Note: When starting a blog from scratch it is important to keep in mind your SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ).

Make sure that you find what your best keywords are and use them in your content sparingly and do not over stuff your content with keywords. Make sure that you use your keywords in your Meta Tags, Your Site Description, Your H1, H2 Tags too.

Take advantage of Social Media platforms and it’s power to share your content and create a following.

Hope you enjoy this post, appreciate if you share it with others.

Doi Inthanon Bike Race 2014When I first left the US Army and came back into the Civilian World as us military guys call it, I wondered what I was going to do. Quickly I went back to might roots of knowing and understanding automobiles and applied for a job as a car salesman. Ok, don’t judge me just yet :-).

I know some people have hard feelings about car salesman but hear me out. Once I started selling automobiles I studied the business from inside out and quickly moved up the ranks and moved into a Finance Manager and then a Sales Manager and things could not be any better.

What I didn’t understand is how the private sector worked. What I mean is, I was asked by upper management to train someone else on how to run the business not knowing that I was training my own replacement. One day I was called into the office and was told that, “My Services Were No Longer Required”.

After being left out in the cold and over 140K in debt I tried to figure out what I was going to do next. Then, I discovered to internet and started joining one opportunity after another and spending thousands of dollars I really didn’t have but then like lightning bolt I realized that I was going about it the wrong way to make any kind of income.

It took me a few years to figure it out but thanks to my perseverance and help of great friends and business acquaintances I discovered blogging and haven’t looked back since.

As I read another PR here recently it made me realize how important it can be for someone looking to get started online and/or build a blog from scratch.
